Annual Food Festival returns to Surrey

The glorious weather has returned just in time for this year’s Strawberry Fair Food Festival at Priory Farm in Redhill.

The annual event returns for its seventh year and will see food lovers from across Surrey head to the site on Saturday and Sunday to check out many fantastic stalls on show.

The festival is open from 10am-4pm on Saturday and 10.30am-4.00pm on Sunday and best of all there is free entry for everyone attending.

Throughout the weekend those attending will have a fantastic opportunity to sample the wide range of food and drinks that many of the local producers have on display including gourmet sauces and preserves, traditional breads, speciality cheeses and other fine foods.

Why not make it a real day out, once you have seen what the stalls have to offer, reward yourself with a cold beer or a homemade hot dog, burger or pulled pork bap. If that’s not tickling your fancy then you can indulge in the more traditional strawberries and cream.

Don’t worry about struggling to keep the children entertained, the farm has a number of nature trails on the Discovery Walk that are perfect for the little ones.  They can enjoy feeding the fish and taking a ride around the farm on the tractor-trailer tour.
